What is Diamonds on Albert?
Diamonds on Albert online specialises in authentic designer handbags and accessories, as well as a wide range of jewellery including diamonds and precious stones.
After 7 years of trading in our boutique store in Auckland Central, Diamonds on Albert has moved to an online web-store due to the increasing crime in the city.
We have been dedicated to exceptional customer service and making beautiful products available to everyone.
GENERAL
Why are your prices lower than retail prices? Are your merchandise new or pre-owned?
We work very hard to bring beautiful products to our customers, and as such, our merchandise comes from trade sources that are generally not available to the public. We are able to pass on these great prices on to you!
The condition of our items varies from like new to lightly used. We will always describe the condition truthfully to give you an accurate representation of the condition of your item.
PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a range of payment methods online and in-store.
Online: Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and all major credit cards, Bank Transfer
In-Store: Cash, Debit & Credit Cards, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay, Farmer's Card, Q Card
If your payment method is not available above, please get in touch with us and we'll do our best to organize it for you.
How do I make a purchase on this website?
Paypal/Credit Cards (International)
Click "add to cart" on your desired items and click "checkout" from the cart page. You will be guided through some pages to calculate your shipping costs. Once you have confirmed the total amount, you will be directed to a payment screen from Paypal.
If you are using your Paypal account to make payment, simply log in and complete the transaction.
If you do not have a Paypal account, select "credit card" from the payment methods. You do not need to create a Paypal account to use your credit card.
Bank Transfer (NZ only)
Contact us with the item you are interested in. We will get back to you with a shipping quote and our bank account details.
Once we have received your payment, we will package and ship your order.
SHIPPING
Where do you ship?
We ship to all destinations internationally and domestically (New Zealand).
What shipping methods do you use?
We have a range of shipping options available at checkout. You are welcome to select whichever option suits you.
All our shipping options come with a tracking number, which we will notify you of once your order is shipped.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on the method you choose at checkout. The times are a guideline given by NZ Post.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Our shipping costs are calculated by weight and size, according to the New Zealand Post calculator. For orders of multiple items, we can package them together and give you a lower cost of shipping.
AUTHENTICITY
Is your designer merchandise authentic?
Yes! We are extremely careful and only sell items which we are certain are real. With years of experience in authenticating designer products, we meticulously check all our handbags, accessories and jewellery.
We understand that it is important to have peace of mind when shopping for authentic products, and we have endeavoured to build a reputation for integrity and honesty.
Is your jewellery authentic?
Just like our designer goods, we are extremely careful in checking the authenticity of items before adding them to our store. In fact, we send most of our jewellery to an independent jeweller for a valuation and include these valuation certificates with your purchase.*
*For our high-priced jewellery and precious stones, they are valued by an Independent Registered Valuer and include certificates. Not all items include a valuation certificate, please check the item details.
SELLING
I want to sell some jewellery/designer items. Do you buy from the public?
Yes, we do, depending what the item is and its condition. Where possible, we require receipts, authenticity cards, valuations or packaging. Please contact me directly on

Yes, we do, depending what the item is and its condition. We will need photo identification and any receipts or authencitiy cards/valuations. Please contact me directly on
Please note that we only accept jewellery and designer products.
How long do you loan for?
We loan for 3 months at a time, but we can extend indefinitely if interest payments are made regularly.
Do you accept layby? How do they work?
Yes! We can hold items for up to 6 months with a 20% deposit and regular payments (weekly/fortnightly). If you would like to start a layby, please contact us here with the item you are interested in.
After we receive your deposit, we will set aside your order for you for 6 months as long as you make regular payments. Regular payments can be made through the same payment methods as below.
Once we have received the total amount for your order, we will package and ship it to you.
